Thanks to Enrique there. He was super nice and did a great job on my oil change and as well pointed out some other things to look and check up on with the car. Helped me out a ton! :)

Service was fast but we had a weird interaction about how they don’t accept coupons even though there was a coupon online for this specific location for the specific service we were getting.

Horrible experience. Make sure your system is working properly for payment. If not, don't offer wallet pay/applepay.

Went in on a Saturday no one to be seen waited about 15 min till I finally called then the guy came out and was like the person that writes everything up won’t be back for an hour never going back

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Enrique! I called because the flap under my car was clacking in the wind on the freeway and I’d had my car worked on in Hawthorne at another jiffy lube yesterday… he stayed late until I got to his location and promptly got the situation handled even though he didn’t create the problem…. Just a great example of amazing customer service and kindne…
